This may seem like a totally crazy topic for many, but the truth is that wearing foot clothes is not our natural condition or predisposition, our natural condition is to be barefoot, not to wear foot clothing. If you look at the so-called primitive people, who are actually not primitive in many aspects of their life, in opposition to the current developed human society, you will find that they go around barefoot. Being barefoot is really important because our feet are like antennae, or roots of the tree by which we get energy. The feeding is also done by the difference of atomic and electromagnetic energy, which we also feed off when we come in contact with the floor. Especially if the floor of the natural environment like grass, forests, deserts, arenas beaches, etc.

The practice of walking barefoot and acquiring the energy to recharge ourselves and alkalinize our bodies is called grounding, which serves as the roots of a tree, that is fed with positive energy and antioxidants that battle the now so-common acidity in human society.

You may not know this, but famous developed or spiritual positive aliens like lions, commonly called the Urmah, or the Pleidians, and many others, walk barefoot so that may recharge and have a greater electromagnetic connection with Earth, the psychic and spiritual abilities are greatly manifested and developed in such connection, you connect yourself with the natural intelligence of Mother Earth, you build a connection between you and the all so to speak because planets and stars are intelligent beings, the greater the connection, through means such as being barefoot, the greater the spiritual evolution you can attain by feeding from such positive vibrations, it is a universal cosmic law, that of vibration.

Not only that, many mystical sects or groups, like the Essenes, or the Hindu yogis, go around barefoot, because of the the same reasons just outlined, and it is even that Jesus Christ walked barefoot too in many instances. Walking barefoot is key in spiritual rituals and initiations. Because our feet, just like our eyes, are one of those organs that provide a lot of information about our body, and parts of the feet are directly connected to many glands, sub-glands, hormones, and neurotransmitters of our body, many yogic practices involve our feet and the many points therein attached to such aforementioned factors significant in our spiritual practices.

The factors by which human beings are suppressed in their natural spiritual inclinations are many, and walking barefoot is one of the greatest tools we have to open our consciousness and develop our spiritual sense, our contact with our Earthly Mother. Always being barefoot is almost the same as being blind to this great energy derived from the All, we are blind to the energy of creation, this feminine energy that is transmitted by Mother Earth, the same is the case with sunlight, water, air, or any other of such elements, some elements, like those of electromagnetism or ethereal energy, are not so clear to the people, but they are everywhere, and they are basis by which the universe works, the basis by which we may obtain a new perception or powers the elites do not want people to obtain.

Be it on Yoga Mat or off Yoga Mat; our feet work hard every day. Anatomically speaking, a human foot has 42 muscles, 26 bones, 33 joints, 250000 sweat glands, more than 50 ligaments, tendons, and – over 1500 nerve endings. All these parts work in tandem to get you from one place to another. Long hours of standing, walking, sitting, or working can make your whole body tired, and one of the ways to feel relaxed is to give yourself a short and quick foot massage.
A regular foot massage is known to promote both physiological and mental health. As per Ayurveda, our feet are a powerful energy source comprising numerous marma points, which are gateways to connective tissues and the Nadis that channel energy (prana) to every cell in the body. Marma Points are anatomical locations (also known as reflex points) of the body where a concentration of life energy exists. These Nadis and marma points can be compared with the meridians of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
Delving a little deeper into the concept of foot massage, these reflex points correlate to the body’s different organs and glands. Ayurvedic physicians use this concept to treat various ailments by applying pressure and oil to points in the feet that correspond to the troubled part of the body.
